Estimated delivery times?
Once an order has been placed, items are processed and shipped within 48 hours. Customers are notified via their given contact details. Once shipped the items are estimated to be delivered within 2-4 working days to UK customers and 6-10 days to international customers.
Exchange policy?Yes! We have a 14 day exchange policy, please check our refund and exchange page for more information.
Would it start fading after a few uses?
All item have been tested and proven to show no signs of defects or rust. If any signs of defects or rust are found we will proceed with an exchange and send a replacement free of charge. What is the jewellery made from?
All our pieces are Silver or Gold plated onto a metal base of Copper or Steel.
Our Sterling Silver is 92.5% Silver mixed with 7.5% other metals, usually Copper as an alternative to silver which is soft and can be easily scratched. They are then plated with either Rhodium or Platinum for a high shine finish. All stones used are Cubic Zirconia, some pieces contain higher grade CZ than others.
What is tarnish and will my jewellery change colour and can I prevent it?
Tarnish is enevitable, as each time you wear your jewellery it is exposed to oxidising agents in the air and the natural oils and sweat/moisture your skin produces react with the top layer of metal which can cause it to change its appearance. Over time this reaction will cause the layor of Silver or Gold to eventually fade on plated pieces with wear and tear.
Do you offer warranty on your items?
We do not offer jewellery warranty. Once the items have been received it is up to the customer to follow the care guide.
