Will my skin turn green?
The simple response to this is No. Our jewellery is crafted with high end premium materials, specifically 925 sterling silver which is then plated in either rhodium or 18K Gold. They are designed to be tarnish-resistant and hypoallergenic, prioritizing both durability and wearer comfort.

How do I take care of my jewellery?
- Minimum contact with water.
- Avoid contact with cosmetics, oils, creams, perfumes, etc.
- Do not wear your jewellery to bed.
- Do not wear jewellery during exercise and avoid exposure to sweat.
- Wipe away dirt and smudges with dry clothing.
- When not in use keep your jewellery in its provided box/pouch, separate from other pieces.

Estimated delivery times?
Once an order has been placed, items are processed and shipped within 48 hours. Customers are notified via their given contact details. Once shipped the items are estimated to be delivered within 2-4 working days to U.K. customers and 6-10 days to international customers.

What are your stones made out of ?
Our stones are crafted from the highest grade of diamond simulant known as Cubic Zirconia, our jewellery features 8A cubic zirconia designed to replicate the look and feel of a real diamond at a fraction of the cost.
What is the jewellery made from?
All our pieces are Silver or Gold plated onto a metal base of Copper or Steel.
Our Sterling Silver is 92.5% Silver mixed with 7.5% other metals, usually Copper as an alternative to silver which is soft and can be easily scratched. They are then plated with either Rhodium or Platinum for a high shine finish. All stones used are Cubic Zirconia, some pieces contain higher grade CZ than others.
Would it start fading after a few uses?
All item have been tested and proven to show no signs of defects or rust. If any signs of defects or rust are found we will proceed with an exchange and send a replacement free of charge. What is tarnish and will my jewellery change colour and can I prevent it
Tarnish is inevitable, as each time you wear your jewellery it is exposed to oxidising agents in the air and the natural oils and sweat/moisture your skin produces react with the top layer of metal which can cause it to change its appearance. Over time this reaction will cause the layer of Silver or Gold to eventually fade on plated pieces with wear and tear.
Is there a warranty?
Every piece of our jewellery is accompanied by a 6-month no question asked replacement warranty (1-year for premium items*). Additionally, we offer a 1-year warranty to cover the cost of repairing any stones due to manufacturing defects on your jewelry at no charge.*Premium items are items with a RRP of £70.00 GBP and over.
