Orders are subject to 1-3 working days processing time. After which the following delivery timeframes apply. An order placed on Friday after 12 pm will be dispatched on Monday. Signed for delivery timeframes are estimated and not always guaranteed.
Standard delivery- Order before 1pm for delivery within 5-7 working days mainland UK.
Next working day delivery- Order before 12pm for next working day delivery mainland UK. Excludes Saturday delivery. Orders on Friday after 12pm with next day delivery will be delivered on Tuesday.
We do not ship express packages to P.O Boxes. Please provide residential addresses or these orders will be refunded. We also reserve the right to cancel orders in areas which cannot be serviced by express couriers.

LOCATING YOUR PARCEL
Packages are classed as “lost” if it has been more than 15 working days since the estimated time of the arrival of the package. Please email us at email@example.com and we will try our best to provide you with information regarding your order. Please note we are not responsible for packages which are unclaimed or where incorrect shipping information has been provided. If your order has been returned to us due to incorrect shipping information or failure to being claimed will incur a postage and packaging fee to be resent to the recipient.
Please note that a refund for a missing package excludes the shipping fee.
All packages are packaged as securely as possible however it is possible that items can be damaged due to the way they are treated in transit. We take it very seriously if your Diamond Galore Jewels are reached in a condition less than firstname.lastname@example.org.
