Pre Order Policy
PRE-ORDERED ITEMS
Some items on our website will be on "pre-order" due to very high demand or early release. Pre-order simply means that we do not have that particular item in stock right now & are giving our customers a chance to pre-order it so that they don't miss out when it comes back into stock.
Pre-ordered items vary on timescale but we usually have your pre-ordered item despatched and on it's way to you within 10 - 21 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email straight after you place the order and then another once we have despatched your item. Please note that Items that have been pre-ordered are placed according to the order sequence, which makes them non-cancellable. However, if you've received the item and wish to return it, you have the option to do so.
