Returns and exchange policy
If you require a size exchange please contact us by replying to your order dispatch e-mail stating your order number, full name and reason for exchange.
Alternatively email us at email@example.com. Please read our returns and exchange policy below and note requests must be within 7 days of receiving your order.
If you would like to exchange your item please email us stating the item and size you require. The delivery fee for the new exchange item must be paid for by the customer who will be sent a PayPal invoice requesting a small £2.99 charge, (this takes into account postage, packaging and insurance involved in getting your exchanged item sent out to you*).
Please note that returning an item(s) for a exchange is at the customer’s expense.
We will only accept a return if the product(s) is new and unused. Under no circumstances will we accept any product(s) that indicates it has been worn or used. Please ensure the product(s) is free from scratches, chemical products and the shine remains. This is classed as new and unused. Please return your order along with packaging it was sent in.
You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the product(s) while they are in your possession. Each return is strictly examined to ensure the quality of the product(s). If you fail to comply with this, we reserve the right to refuse the refund/exchange and will return the goods to you at your own cost.
If you want to exchange for a different product entirely, you will be required to pay the difference in RRP.
We offer a 7 day returns policy. Please contact us within 7 days with your order number, a brief explanation of why you are returning the goods. We will then send you a credit note for the value of your return (except sale items, no refund or exchange policy).
Items must be in a resellable state, in its original packaging with its labels still on. If we find that items are used, we will send back the items to your original address.
If you would like to return your purchase for a credit note please note that the refund will be processed excluding delivery and a small handling fee of £1.49 (this takes into account the packaging and insurance involved in getting your item sent out to you*). For example if you paid £20 for your purchase (before shipping) you will receive a credit note to the amount of £18.51.
Items in the 'Sale' page will not be eligible for a exchange or refund. Any limited edition collections or products will not be eligible for returns.
Please note we cannot refund or exchange earrings or any sets which include earrings because of hygiene reasons. This policy is there for the protection and health of the customers. Please read our product description carefully before purchasing.
