Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please submit a exchange request via your order confirmation email or this link.
- Return Shipping: Please note, customers are responsible for the return shipping costs for exchanges.
- Exchange Shipping: For exchanges, we will send you an invoice for the £4.99 delivery fee (covers postage, packaging, and insurance for your exchanged item).
If you want to exchange your item for a different product, the price difference will need to be paid. Simply contact us for assistance.
Conditions for Returns & Exchanges
- To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- The item must be free from scratches, damage, or any signs of use, including chemicals or perfumes.
- Returns that do not meet these conditions will be returned to you at your cost.
Returns
We offer a 14-day returns policy from the date you receive your order. If you wish to return an item, please submit a returns request via your order confirmation email or this link. We will then provide you with a credit note for the value of the returned item(s) (excluding delivery charges and a £2.49 handling fee).
- Return Packaging: Please return the product in its original packaging with all tags attached. If the product is used or damaged, we will return it to you.
- Posting your item: Once you have placed your label onto your item, simply drop it straight into a red post box. No need to visit the post office.
- Credit Notes: If approved, you will receive a credit note for the value of the item minus delivery charges and the handling fee (e.g., for a £20 item, your credit note will be £17.51).
Exclusions
- Sale Items: Items purchased from the Sale section are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- Limited Edition Products: These items are non-returnable.
- Earrings & Hygiene Products: Due to hygiene reasons, earrings and sets containing earrings are non-returnable. Please review the product description carefully before purchasing.
